Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, you may call the church office (336-768-5870) and listen to the main greeting.
Cancellations will be announced on the main greeting of our phone system.
This is more efficient than contacting staff members since there are 3 incoming lines to the office.
In the event of inclement weather, you may tune in to WXII 12, ABC 45, and WFMY News 2, for any announcement of cancellation.
Generally, we try to make the decision on Sunday morning instead of Saturday night.
(Be sure to look for College Park Baptist in Winston Salem since there is also a College Park Baptist in Greensboro.)
In the event of inclement weather, you may also check our websites for notices of cancellation.
Evening services and activities will be cancelled if school is closed because of snow or ice.
Even when services are held in inclement weather, each person should use his/her own discretion about trying to get to church.
All Hoops4Him basketball game cancellation will be announced and decided by Hoops4Him.

Sunday morning services will be cancelled in extreme situations. The Pastor will consult with the Chairman of the Deacons and/or Chairman of the Properties Committee, if possible, in making a decision. Even when services are held in inclement weather, each person should use his/her own discretion about trying to get to church.
Wednesday evening services and activities may be cancelled if school is closed, school is out early, or afternoon school activities are canceled.
Activities and events on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday may be cancelled is school is closed, school is out early, or afternoon school activities are canceled.
"WSFCS" refers to the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WSFCS) system, our cancellation/delay decisions may be based off of the WSFCS closings, delays, or activities cancelled.
